“User”, “you” or “you” refers to every person who visits or uses the Application in any way, whether it is a service provider, customer or otherwise.

Sixth: User Obligations
(1) The parties to this agreement are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of their personal data, and they acknowledge on their personal responsibility that the disclosure of personal data to the other party is at their own risk without any interference from us, and without any liability to us.
(2) The parties are obligated not to disclose any personal data through the use of the messaging feature within the application, and they are personally liable for any such disclosure.
(3) The parties undertake to maintain the secrets of the application, and each of them shall be liable to us for any breach of the confidentiality of the application and its operations.
(4) You are obligated to refrain from disclosing any data related to the operation of the application to third parties, whether with or without a consideration.
(5) You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all data related to the details of transactions through the application, and not to use it in any way, and you are responsible, contractually and legally, for any illegal or unauthorized use of this data.
(6) You acknowledge to avoid following any means that would help to collect data about other users, including their e-mail, mobile numbers and other means of communication.
Seventh: Adjustments
(1) We may modify this Policy at any time.
(2) In the event that we modify this policy, we will post a notice through the application, and you are presumed to be aware of such modifications as soon as the notice is posted through the application.
(3) Your continued use of the Application means that you agree to the modifications and updates we have made.
